Soupe au
chou

6 personnes 1 chou 2 oignons

clous de girofle 2,5 litres d'eau Sel, poivre 6 pommes de terre

gr de lard fumé 6 tranches de pain rassis 200 gr de cantal
Préparation

Faire
blanchir le chou 5 minutes à l'eau bouillante. L'égoutter, le couper en
quartiers et le remettre dans une marmite avec les oignons piqués de clous de
girofle; couvrir d'eau, assaisonner et laisser mijoter 1 h (30 mn en
autocuiseur).
Ajouter
alors les pommes de terre et continuer la cuisson 30 mn. Faire rissoler le lard
coupé en tranches. Mettre dans chaque assiette : 1 tranche de pain, 1 tranche
de lard rissolé et 1 ou 2 fines tranches de cantal. Verser la soupe
par-dessus et servir bien chaud
Cabbage Soup

200 gr of bacon 6 slices of stale bread 200 gr of Cantal
Preparation of the recipe
Blanch the cabbage 5 minutes in boiling water. The drain, cut into quarters and put it in a pot with onions studded with cloves; cover with water, season and simmer 1 hour (30 minutes in a pressure cooker).
Then add the potatoes and cook 30 minutes. Fry the bacon cut into slices. Put on each plate: 1 slice of bread, 1 slice of browned bacon and 1 or 2 slices of Cantal. Pour soup over and serve hot
